A weld neck flange is chosen when the joint has to survive pressure, vibration or thermal cycling — the taper hub moves the stress away from the weld. We supply forged and machined flanges in carbon steel, low-temperature steel and stainless, with facing, drilling and marking to the standard you specify.

FAQ

Can the flanges be supplied with third-party inspection?
Yes — SGS, BV or Intertek inspection before loading, including dimensional and hardness checks. Tell us the scope and we will quote the inspection cost separately.
Do you supply flanges in duplex or special materials?
A182 F51 / F53 and other special grades are available against a firm enquiry with the quantity, since these are made to order rather than held in stock.
